20px;\"><\/div>\nA autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de resid\u00eancia, regulamentada pela Lei n.\u00ba 23\/2007, \u00e9 um documento emitido sob a forma de um t\u00edtulo de resid\u00eancia, que permite aos cidad\u00e3os estrangeiros residir em Portugal, e difere-se da seguinte forma: Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de resid\u00eancia tempor\u00e1ria e Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de resid\u00eancia permanente.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e1326c7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"e1326c7\" class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de Resid\u00eancia Tempor\u00e1ria<\/h2>\n<div style=\"margin-top: 20px;\"><\/div>\nA autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de resid\u00eancia tempor\u00e1ria \u00e9 um t\u00edtulo de resid\u00eancia que permite aos cidad\u00e3os estrangeiros residir em Portugal durante um certo per\u00edodo, tendo as seguintes caracter\u00edsticas:\n<div style=\"margin-top: 20px;\"><\/div>\n<ul class=\"ws-list\">\n \t<li>Em regra, \u00e9 v\u00e1lida pelo per\u00edodo de dois anos, a partir da data da emiss\u00e3o do respetivo t\u00edtulo;<\/li>\n \t<li>\u00c9 renov\u00e1vel por per\u00edodos sucessivos de tr\u00eas anos;<\/li>\n \t<li>O t\u00edtulo de resid\u00eancia deve ser renovado sempre que se verifique altera\u00e7\u00e3o dos elementos de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o nele registados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element resid\u00eancia permanente \u00e9 um t\u00edtulo de resid\u00eancia que permite aos cidad\u00e3os estrangeiros residirem em Portugal por tempo indeterminado, e possui as seguintes carater\u00edsticas:\n<div style=\"margin-top: 20px;\"><\/div>\n<ul class=\"ws-list\">\n \t<li>N\u00e3o tem limite de validade;<\/li>\n \t<li>O t\u00edtulo de resid\u00eancia deve, por\u00e9m, ser renovado de cinco em cinco anos ou sempre que se verifique a altera\u00e7\u00e3o dos elementos de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o nele
